Allen Stanley has been promoted to vp, fittings manufacturing and distribution, and Rudy Smith to vp, valve manufacturing.

Elkhart, Ind. — NIBCO INC. has introduced the promotion of Allen Stanley to vp, fittings manufacturing and distribution, and Rudy Smith to vp, valve manufacturing.

Each Stanley and Smith will report back to Ashley Martin, president and COO, NIBCO.

On this new position, Stanley has accountability for the Stuarts Draft, Virginia manufacturing operations and the Demand Planning division, alongside along with his present tasks for the U.S. distribution facilities, world headquarters logistics, and all plastic manufacturing services.

Stanley started his profession in 1997 at NIBCO as administrative supervisor on the Atlanta Distribution Heart. He held a wide range of roles of accelerating accountability together with operations supervisor on the Elkhart Distribution Heart, supervisor, distribution and transportation, and most not too long ago, director, plastic fittings manufacturing and distribution.

Stanley holds a bachelor’s diploma in advertising and marketing from the College of West Georgia in Carrollton, Georgia. He additionally earned his grasp’s diploma in advertising and marketing from Georgia State College in Atlanta, Georgia.

Rudy Smith

In his new position, Smith could have accountability for NIBCO’s Blytheville, Arkansas, facility, together with the corporate’s Nacogdoches, Texas, McAllen, Texas, and Reynosa, Mexico services.

Smith started his profession at NIBCO in 1996 in logistics at NIBCO’s world headquarters. Two years later, he was promoted and transferred as operations supervisor of NIBCO’s Nacogdoches facility. He held numerous roles from manufacturing superintendent, plant superintendent, plant supervisor, and most not too long ago, senior plant supervisor at Reynosa, previous to his new position.

Rudy holds a bachelor’s diploma in administration from Rice College, in Houston, Texas.
