The Nationwide Affiliation of Dwelling Builders (NAHB) introduced the winners of the 2025 Greatest in American Dwelling™ Awards (BALA) through the NAHB Worldwide Builders’ Present in Orlando. The awards are sponsored by Smeg.
The 2025 BALA classes embody design, multifamily housing, offsite development and transforming. With greater than 200 gold and silver winners, these residential housing professionals have redefined excellence for houses and communities nationally and internationally.
